WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching has many different definitions, techniques and uses - descriptions of which can get unnecessarily complicated. I like to keep things simple, so my definition of Coaching is 'enabling you to understand where you are, where you want to get to and what changes you need to make, big or small, to empower you to move forward'
This will mean different things to different people, but the underlying premise remains. We all experience times in our life when we feel we need to stop, take stock and work out how to make our lives work best for ourselves and those around us. Often we just need to get everything out of our heads. It hard to make change when everything is spinning around inside.
Coaching allows us to do this, to spend time with ourselves, giving us the opportunity to understand ourselves, and make change.
It's about allowing you to take control and make decisions.
